Deurne
Park Groot Schijn
If you are looking for a dog park in Deurne (2100), Park Groot Schijn is one of the options. The site is about 4,818 m² in size and has a 290 metre perimeter, making it easy to compare with Antwerp's other off-leash areas.
The surface and planting both affect which dogs a park suits. A puppy that wants to investigate everything has different needs from an older dog that mainly wants a calm circuit.
You get in through 1 gate. The park has 1 bin. These facilities explain how a visit works in practice, from opening the gate until it is time to leave. They are not spectacular details, but they are exactly the things you think about while putting your shoes on.
What these fixed facts cannot tell you is who is there now. Dogs Social shows current check-ins at Park Groot Schijn and dogs expected later. Check in when you arrive and your dog may become the reason someone else decides to set off.
